This is a plain-language summary of what TBK Athletics collects through the forms on this site, why we collect it, and how it is kept. If anything here is unclear, email tommy.boyerkendrick@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into one of our three forms:

Application form: your name, email, phone (optional), sport, grade/level, position, and your written answers about your goals.
Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), and your message.
Event signup: your name, email, phone (optional), and which event you registered for.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. We don't collect anything you don't submit yourself.

Why we collect it

To review applications and decide who to bring into a cohort.
To reply to your questions and follow up about training.
To organize and contact people who signed up for an event.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a private database (Supabase). Only authorized TBK Athletics staff can read them, through a password-protected admin page. The public website cannot read submissions — it can only add new ones.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email tommy.boyerkendrick@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
