This is a plain-language summary of what TBK Athletics collects through the forms on this site, why we collect it, and how it is kept. If anything here is unclear, email tommy.boyerkendrick@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into one of our three forms:

Application form: your name, email, phone (optional), sport, grade/level, position, and your written answers about your goals.
Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), and your message.
Event signup: your name, email, phone (optional), and which event you registered for.

TBK Athletics does not run advertising trackers and never sells your data. See Other services we use below for the third-party services that help the site function.

Why we collect it

To review applications and decide who to bring into a cohort.
To reply to your questions and follow up about training.
To organize and contact people who signed up for an event.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a private database (Supabase). Only authorized TBK Athletics staff can read them, through a password-protected admin page. The public website cannot read submissions — it can only add new ones. We keep submissions only as long as they're needed for the purpose they were collected, and delete them on request.

Other services we use

When you visit this site, a few third-party services receive basic information (like your browser's IP address) to make the site work:

Supabase — stores form submissions and handles staff login.
Google Fonts — loads the site's fonts when the page opens.
Google Maps — the map embed on the contact page may set Google's own cookies and receives your IP address.
jsDelivr CDN — serves the Supabase script that connects the forms to the database.

TBK Athletics itself does not run advertising trackers and never sells your data. The services above are used only to operate the site.

Youth athletes and minors

Many of our athletes are under 18. If you're a minor, please involve a parent or guardian before submitting any form. A parent or guardian can email us at any time to review or delete a minor's information.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email tommy.boyerkendrick@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
